Superb engineering that you would expect from Germany combined with an aesthetic and attention to detail that is unparalleled by any other liquid cooling parts manufacturer. One of the most advantageous design elements in AlphaCool parts is in having the ability to use any size fitting you wish. All AlphaCool parts work with 1/2", 3/8" or 1/4" ID Fittings and every cooling block has been optimized for higher flow ratios and decreased resistance. This new copper cooler has vertical channels in the PCF(c) construction which are milled at a 90� angles for the most efficient heat transfer. The copper surface has been glass beaded in order to increase the cooling surface area. The cooler possesses a patented nozzle device with return channels for accelerated warm water transfer. The flow resistance has been reduced up to 30% making this cooler a perfect compliment for high-flow systems by utilizing hose cross-sections in the channel architecture. In order to utilize the full advantages of a complete metal cooler, high-temperature o-ring seals were introduced, which can survive maximal temperatures of up to 200� Celsius; a further safety factor in the event of fault. The bearing area of this cooler is flat and polished and both the cover and nozzle device are copper nickel plated. Enjoy a trouble free installation by using the included mounting bracket. You will not need to remove your motherboard to install this cooling block! All it takes is a simple screw to attach the block to its mount. Another feature unique to AlphaCool is the ability to easily add LED lighting via a "LED-Ready Module" or by using an "AlphaCool Lighting Kit". All AlphaCool plexi-glass cooling blocks have pre-drilled holes in them for 5mm LED-Ready Modules. All AlphaCool Reservoirs may also be illuminated by using an AlphaCool Lighting Kit.
