Payment Methods for International Customers:
PayPal is the preferred method for all International Customers. If you live outside of the United States (this includes Canada & Puerto Rico), please DO NOT select "Credit Card" during the checkout process as we only accept domestic (U.S.) credit cards. Using PayPal you can easily use a credit card, debit card or funds from your PayPal account. For more information on using PayPal during our Checkout Process please read the paragraph below. Wire Transfers & Money Orders may also be accepted for International Customers upon request. As an International Customer you may also have to provide us with additional identification. Please contact us at “International@ArcticMOD.com” if you would like to use one of these alternative payment methods.
Using PayPal in Our Checkout Process:
After you have selected PayPal as your payment method and then complete the “Payment” Step in the Checkout Process, you will be automatically transferred to a separate PayPal payment screen. PayPal membership is not required in order to use a credit card or debit card, but registration will be necessary if you wish to debit funds directly from your bank account or to use PayPal account funds. International Customers can enjoy the benefits of automatic currency conversion when using PayPal… there will be no need to calculate conversion rates on your own. After completing your PayPal payment you will be automatically transferred back to ArcticMOD where you will be presented with your Payment Confirmation and Finalized Invoice. Please note that you will be eMailed invoices separately from both ArcticMOD and PayPal reflecting your order.
International Shipping Methods:
Currently we use FedEx International Express (By Air) services for all International orders. There are two primary express shipping methods to choose from, “FedEx International Economy” and “FedEx International Priority”. Both of these services are highly reliable and are much faster then International Shipping methods used by other carriers. Our shopping cart will automatically detect that you are an International Customer after you have registered and entered in your shipping address information. Our system will then intelligently present you only with the appropriate International Shipping methods during the “Method” step of our Checkout Process.
International Shipping Time Frames:
Typically, FedEx International Economy service takes 2-5 Business Days while FedEx International Priority service takes 1-3 Business Days. It is important to note that while these services are usually fast, the delivery time frame can be delayed exponentially by the Customs clearance process of the given country. Please understand that once a package leaves the United States we have little to no ability to influence delivery time frames. ArcticMOD.com does NOT guarantee shipping time frames for International orders. Typically Customs will contact the Customer once their package has arrived in their country so that they can make payment for Customs fees and clear the package. The shipping time frames mentioned above are only for reference and are estimates provided by FedEx. It is very important that you are available by phone to the Customs Department of your country to clear your package, and your delivery time frame will depend on your actions and/or inactions.
Discounted International Shipping Rates:
Like all shipping rates on ArcticMOD.com, your International Shipping rates will be live and accurate for the size, weight and value of your specific order. We are proud to announce that we have discounted shipping rates for all of our International Customers! We have bargained with FedEx on our customer’s behalf to bring down the costs for International Shipping. As an International Customer you are probably already well aware of how expensive it can be to import products / goods from one country to another. Our discounted International Shipping rates will reduce your total shipping cost by a minimum of 30% from the standard rates. In some instances the discount rate will be as high as 37% depending on the delivery destination. Please be aware the size and weight of your package will greatly affect the shipping cost on an International order. Please also realize that even if your final shipping cost seems high, it is in reality a highly competitive discounted rate. International Shipping can be costly, but when you want quality products / services.. we think you will find shopping with us has great value!
International Shipping Availability:
While FedEx does indeed ship to nearly every corner of the planet, there are still some countries that will not be available for International Shipping. If your country is not deliverable, our shopping cart will let you know by not showing any available shipping methods. Please feel free to contact us at “International@ArcticMOD.com” should you have any questions on International Shipping availability.
About Customs Fees & Clearance:
Please be aware that when using International Shipping services you may and most likely will be charged Customs Fees for clearance. Some of these fees may include but are not limited to the following: Import Tax(s), Duties, Clearance Fees and/or Brokerage Fees. ArcticMOD.com will NOT charge the Customer these fees directly, and therefore the Customer will be 100% responsible to pay these fees to the shipping carrier or Customs Department of their given country. Customs fees are a normal part of International Shipping, so please be ready for this ahead of time! When we ship your package out, the shipping carrier will be provided with all of your contact information exactly as you have provided it to us. It is very important that you provide us with accurate contact information, as the Customs Department of your country will be using this information to get in touch with you when your package arrives at Customs. Please note that when using FedEx International Shipping services you will NOT need your own Customs Broker. FedEx will automatically assign a Customs Broker to you as part of the shipping services they provide, and they will most likely be the person contacting you. Remember, you must be available for contact to Customs in order for your package to properly clear.

ArcticMOD.com is NOT responsible to pay for any Customs / Clearance fees, including but not limited to the following: Import Tax(s), Duties, Clearance Fees and/or Brokerage Fees. The Customer will be 100% responsible to pay these fees to the shipping carrier or Customs Department of their given country.
Please be aware that while every FedEx package we ship is fully “Value Protected”, ArcticMOD.com will not be held responsible or liable for any damaged product(s), lost product(s), or shipping delay that results from the International Shipping process, International Shipping Carrier or Customs Departments of a given country.
ArcticMOD.com does NOT guarantee replacement, reshipment, repair or return on International Shipments. As part of our “Satisfaction Guarantee” we will do everything in our power to assist our International Customers to correct problems that may arise during shipment. Please understand however, that our ability to help you will be highly limited once a shipment has left the United States.
